Little Marley was so adorable! She was super active and loved dancing to Bluey! These pictures were taken in
Blank Space Studios in American Fork, Utah (My favorite
indoor photography studio!) for her first birthday.
For a
first birthday photoshoot, you should bring multiple outfits to change into, as well as any blanket or stuffed animals or anything else they are attached to. You want this to be a memory of how they were in their first year of life. For Marley, her parents brought about 5-6 outfits (but we only used about 4), lots of bows, and a stuffed bunny that she loved. Then we ended the session with a cake smash, which is she did not love! She didn't want to get messy, but it was so cute to photograph her checking it out anyways.
I love how
indoor photography studios offer multiple backdrops and props in one space. Its a great way to shoot in the winter, or something like this where you will want lots of different types of pictures.
