This location is in
Spanish Fork Canyon! It has beautiful red rock just like those found in St. George. The colors are so pretty and fun.
Red Ledges is less than 20 minutes up the canyon and offers a completely different look than anywhere else in
Utah County. The ground is covered in sand, and in some areas its black sand, which might get everything dirty which is something to consider If you are taking kids to this area as their shoes might also get dirty.
The area is mostly red rock, but you can find a small section of beautiful fall leaves here too, which makes this a wonderful place for fall family pictures in october.

Ive been so lucky to photograph the Salmon family for years. Every year I absolutely LOVE how their pictures turn out. They have a special bond as a family and make it so easy to capture that. I started photographing them when their oldest son was just a toddler!
