This field in
Mapleton, Utah is so beautiful in the late fall. These pictures were taken in November after colorful leaves were gone but before snowfall. Unfortunately they are starting to build houses here so we might get pushed out of this area. Every time I go there is just more and more house building! I'm hoping to continue finding new areas but with the same backdrop to stay out the way of the construction workers.
As with any field, the ground is uneven, grass can be spikey in places and you will have to walk through tall grass. So if you pick this location, be aware of this for shoe choices. Any sandals would be fine but some people are more sensitive and need closed toe shoes.
This area in
Mapleton, Utah is easy to get to and you can park your car right next to it.

I loved photographing Nichelle and her two teenage sons. I'm not going to lie, I was nervous to photograph and mom and her two teens but they were so great to work with and the pictures turned out gorgeous. We had such pretty golden lighting and a beautiful sunset. I loved capturing the love of mom and sons!
