I will be honest, when Carol first told me she wanted to do her
bridal pictures on a pink backdrop, I was super nervous. The paper options we had in this studio,
Daylight Studios in Bluffdale Utah, was super limited for pink. We basically had a bright pink or a lighter bright pink! We went with the lighter and I was actually really liking it. In post, I toned down the pink a bit and I LOVED it!!! Its super fun and different and of course the white backdrop is so classic. It has a very modern, editorial look to it!
An indoor studio is a great place to choose for when weather is unpredictable. We did these pictures in Spring and it was so rainy and snowy this season, so a studio was a safe bet. This is a great location for winter too, if you don't like to be in the cold! There are studios all over Utah to rent, and each one offers a different look so you are able to find the perfect vibe for your
bridal photography session.
